As a full-time Director of this business, I have a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, lettings, resources management, HMO management, development finance and we also manage our own properties directly. We are credible, well-funded investors and between us, we have great strength and capacity to provide the best service possible. As members of the Residential Landlords Association (RLA) and accredited members of the National Landlords Association (NLA) we also have professional backing and support as and when needed.
Robert Chittock
Robert has almost 30 years’ experience as a surveying construction professional and a qualified professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Having been active in property management since 2003, Robert is passionate about all aspects of property construction, contracts, finance, projects and business management.
His experience ranges from project management of HMO conversions and refurbs, to multi-million-pound city centre developments for major contractors, developers, private clients and institutions.
